Beautiful villa - spotlessly clean, well equipped, lovely pool, excellent outdoor space, effective air con throughout. Host very helpful. Great welcome pack. Beautiful views & only 15 minute easy walk to town. Open plan bathroom & toilet a little odd - no door on toilet in main bedroom (just a wall divider).

The Olive Tree Villa really met our expectations and it felt like home the moment we stepped in. It offers all the comfort and tranquility that we were looking for as well as spectecular views! Moreover, it's very easy to find and it is only a few minutes away from shops and restaurants. Both the owner and the host are what one would hope for as they made us feel very comfortable and have always accomodated us. We will definitely be returning to this heavenly place and will certainly be recommending it!

The Olive Tree Villa Elounda is a simply a magical place to stay. Highest quality furnishing and fittings. Breath taking views from the property out to sea. Safe and in a quiet location. The hosts were always available for any issues and gave great suggestions on places to eat and visit. We were welcomed with Wine, Water, Fruit, Tea, Coffee, Beer and a veritable larder of local foods. VERY appreciated! It's an easy 5 minute drive to the beautiful port of Elounda that is packed with Restaurants, Bars and locally run shops. Free parking so you can leave the car all day. Lovely beach with families enjoying the sea. Plenty of Taxi options too if you fancy a drink or two. 100% will visit again. Loved everything!

The Olive Tree Villa is an exceptional property with outstanding hosts. The owner, Nikos, could not have been more helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. The villa is nicely elevated with great views over the village of Elounda and with easy access to Plaka and Agios Nikolaos. It's a very modern villa with all the amenities and the photos just don't do it justice. There have been some comments about the location, but for us it was ideal. One of our party had recently broken their leg so we got taxis into Elounda, however, the taxis were very frequent (we never waited more than 5 mins) and were quite cheap. You can also walk down to the village centre if you want (ca.15 mins walk). If you were much closer to the village you wouldn't get the great views or the swimmings.

Beautiful house and amazing host, it was a real pleasure to spend the holiday with my family in this place. Excellent experience!

Style, Location, Facilities - Everything. it was perfect

New and very well designed and very comfortable for the 4 of us. Our flight arrived very late and the host was super accommodating and met us in person at 1 in the morning! We were soooo appreciative of the food he left for us and it made the following morning so great to be able to have coffee and breakfast without having to go find a market. It’s things like this that really make a difference for us. Unfortunately for us the weather was not great but I would imagine it would be awesome to spend time in the pool in the warmer months. We come to Crete every year, and will definitely come back to this villa!

We had an amazing stay at the Olive Tree Villa. The house is new and has been finished to a very high standard. We were impressed that it was so modern, clean and very well equipped. The views and outside area are superb. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The town of Elounda is lovely with many restaurants and bars (although some had already closed for the end of season and others were preparing to close). Agios Nikolaos is just 15 euros in a taxi and is well worth a visit. The location is a good 15 minutes walk into town and a further 10 minutes to the central square. It is downhill from the villa. We enjoyed the stroll and got a taxi back in the evenings. The elevated views from the villa were worth the walk and it would not put us off returning. The pool is not heated so was very cold in October but that did not stop our children from enjoying it. We cannot wait to return to the Olive Tree!

The Villa is brand new. Fantastic high quality fit out. Beautiful contemporary garden leading onto outstanding views of the bays and island,outstanding sunrises with views to die for!! A hugely appreciated welcome pack of food and beverages . 15 minute easy walk down to Seafront and 8 euros taxi back. Nikos and his brother run the villa and own a hotel by the seafront and are genuine hospitality professionals. You wont meet kinder and more generous hosts. 100% we will be back and would recommend to anyone looking for high quality accommodation and genuine Cretan hospitality. Thank you from Mark and Sam

I can only say this is one of the most beautiful places in Crete and ideal if you want a real relaxing time, great house, beautiful garden and pool run by 2 brothers who are amazing hosts. If we come back to Crete this is where we would stay to unwind and enjoy.
